Each summer, Coach hosts undergraduate and MBA interns who contribute to the performance of our business. Interns work on special projects and support the day-to-day business of their department while attending learning sessions with senior management and interacting with professionals across the company. Internships provide the opportunity to develop critical skill sets, gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment with high-performing teams, and contribute to the overall performance of the Coach brand.

DESIGN APPRENTICE PROGRAM

Throughout the year, Coach hosts Design Apprentices who collaborate with talented designers to learn all aspects of the design process. The program offers design-specific technical training classes, learning sessions on our product development process, exposure to senior designers and the opportunity to present a final project to leaders within Coach.
