Coach PRIZE DRAW VIA FACEBOOK
1.1 By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full.
1.2 The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the date on which they enter the promotion, excluding employees of the promoter, its group companies, its agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion and any member of their respective immediate families.
1.3 Entry opens at 00:01am on June 1, 2016 and closes at 11.59pm on July 16, 2016. Entries received after this time and date will not be eligible to win a prize.
1.4 No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion. However, in order to enter the promotion you must have an Internet connection, a Facebook account and an email account.
2. ENTRY TO THE PROMOTION
2.2 To enter the promotion, participants shall visit https://uk.coach.com/uk-sweepstakes.html and complete the online entry form by providing a valid email address, their title, first name and last name.
2.3 Participants shall be responsible for the incidental costs of airtime and telephone time incurred when logging onto the web site to register and browse as charged by their telephone and internet providers.
2.4 Only one entry is permitted per person. Multiple entrants may not share the same email address or Facebook account.
3.1 Two (2) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on July 20, 2016.
3.2 The winners will be notified by email on July 20, 2016 and will be asked to confirm before July 23, 2016 whether they would like to use their prize at Coach New Bond Street store or on uk.coach.com.
4. THE PRIZES
4.1 Each winner will receive one (1) voucher of £500 to use at Coach New Bond Street store in London or on uk.coach.com between July 20 and August 20, 2016.
5.2 In the event that the promoter is unable to contact a winner and receive his/her confirmation as provided in Section 3.2, the promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner selected at random.
5.3 By sending his/her confirmation pursuant to Section 3.2, each winner accepts his/her prize.
5.4 The prizes will be delivered via email before July 31, 2016 if the winners decided to use them online. If a winner decides to use his/her prize at the New Bond Street store, he/she will have to show a proof of identity to the staff assisting in his/her shopping.
5.5 Should a winner wish to shop for more than £500, he/she will be able to spend his/her voucher and pay the balance. The products bought thanks to the prizes are non-refundable.
5.6 No cash alternative. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be resold. The promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prizes will only be awarded to the winners.
5.7 The winners agree to take part in reasonable publicity as may be required by the promoter in respect of the promotion. The promoter reserves the right to publish each winner's name, photograph and country on its website, Facebook page, Twitter account, Instagram account and other social media or to publicise the prize-giving presentation within a year of the closing date.
5.8 The winners' name and country are available on request by emailing the promoter before August 30, 2016 at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
5.9 Odds of winning the prizes depend on the number of eligible entries received during the competition period.
5.10 No entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices are permitted and no bulk entries.
5.11 All costs and expenses not included within the prizes are the responsibility of the winners.
5.12 The promoter reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to:
i. verify the eligibility of any entrant (including their age and place of residence);
ii. disqualify any entrant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who the promoter believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions;
iii. disqualify entrants who do not give correct contact details or those who make an entry on someone else's behalf.
6.1 The promotion is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other partner of the promoter. Entrants acknowledge that these social media platform partners shall not have any liability to them in connection with the promotion.
6.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the promoter excludes liability for any losses, damages or claims incurred by any person in connection with the promotion or receipt or misuse of any prize.
6.3 Except as otherwise required by applicable law, the promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any entry or claim which for technical or other reasons is unsuccessful, incomplete, lost, late, damaged, corrupted or misdirected.
6.4 By accepting the prizes, the winners agree to release and hold harmless the promoter and its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies and each such companies’ officers, directors and employees from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the prize draw and/or receipt or use or misuse of the prizes. This release does not apply to claims for personal injury or death caused by the negligence of the promoter.
7. PROMOTER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
7.1 The Promoter is Coach Stores Limited, 2 Cavendish Square, London W1G 0PU, United Kingdom.
7.2 Any decision of the promoter in respect of the promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
7.2 The promoter reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
7.3 Any images are an illustrative example and do not show the exact prizes.
7.4 This promotion and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Each participant irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this promotion or these terms and conditions.
8. WHAT WE WILL DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL DATA
8.1 By entering this promotion participants will be providing certain personal data. Personal data can mean any information which identifies, or could be used to identify an individual including but not limited to a name, address, telephone number, email address, billing and account information, credit or debit card information.
8.2 All personal data submitted in connection with the promotion will be processed by the Promoter and/or its entities, affiliates, subsidiaries and parent company (Coach, Inc., located at 516 West 34th Street, New York, NY 10001, U.S.) (hereafter collectively “Coach”) for the purposes of administering and managing the promotion and prizes (where applicable) and verifying the eligibility of each participant.
8.3 All personal data submitted in connection with the promotion will also be processed for marketing purposes by Coach. .
8.4 Therefore, by submitting personal information to enter this promotion, each entrant is expressly consenting to the use and processing of their personal data in accordance with these terms and conditions and to receiving marketing correspondence from Coach in relation to collections launches, new arrivals, exclusive invitations and other marketing offers.
8.5 For the purposes described in Section 8.1 and 8.2, Coach will collect and process each entrant’s personal data and may transfer this data outside of the EU to jurisdictions with differing standards of protection of personal information. Coach will not use any personal data for any other purposes without the consent of the relevant participant. Coach may also share your information with selected third parties who provide services to Coach, including to process payments, help to maintain its customer database, administer emails, surveys, or contests. Such third parties may have access to, store and process personal data to provide services on Coach’s behalf, which may occur in the United States or in other countries outside of the EEA. These service providers are not authorized to use your information for any purpose other than to provide the contracted services.
8.6 Coach also must reserve the right to disclose information as required by law, in response to legal process including law enforcement requests, and where needed to protect the safety, property, or legal rights of users of Coach’s website or stores, or the Company or our subsidiaries or affiliates, or third parties.
